What You'll Do
As Brand Manager, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on independence and people-first values. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll lead global brand consistency, campaign execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Strategy:
* Collaborate with senior brand leaders and internal teams to deliver strategic marketing initiatives.
* Campaign Management:
* Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 brand campaigns, manage the Customer Advocacy program, and drive measurable outcomes.
* Creative Execution:
* Translate strategy into marketing plans and creative briefs, working with content, design, digital, and PR teams.
* Brand Governance:
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—from digital channels to events and product UX.
* Stakeholder & Budget Management:
* Maintain strong cross-departmental relationships and manage campaign budgets effectively.
About You
* Strong experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
* Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Experience with design tools, copywriting, and paid media.
* Passionate about simplifying the complex and telling compelling brand stories.
