Job Overview
Due to continued growth and an extensive pipeline of work, we are hiring a project manager for a rotation role on data centre projects in Germany.
* Effective management and coordination of on-site works from start to finish, excluding pre-cast operations
* Ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements
* Liaising with client representatives and participating in meetings
* Commercial control of day-to-day project operations
* Management of direct crews and subcontractors
* Procurement of necessary materials
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Requirements:
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in data centre projects
* Third-level qualification in engineering or heavy civils experience required
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate self and others to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to new challenges with enthusiasm
Additional Requirements
Must be available to work on a rotation schedule in Germany
