The Rewards:As the successful Principal Pensions Administrator, you will receive::£45-49k base salary (depending on experience) + extensive benefits;Hybrid/flexible working options (3 Days Office);10% Matched Pension;Opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation; The Role:Reporting to senior leadership, the Principal Pensions Administrator will be responsible for:Acting as the lead contact for trustees and advisers across Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes;Taking ownership of scheme administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service delivery standards;Managing and authorising complex and technical pension cases;Leading key scheme projects such as GMP equalisation, buy-ins, buyouts, and wind-ups;Attending and contributing to trustee meetings, including presenting reports and technical updates;Mentoring and supporting colleagues across the team;Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives;Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the team;Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person:The successful Principal Pensions Administrator will meet the following criteria:Strong Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration experience;Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulatory requirements;Proven experience managing complex pension cases and leading scheme administration;Strong stakeholder management experience.
