Operations Manager - 4* Hotel, Cork City
We are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading 4* Hotel in Cork City. This well-known hotel, located centrally, offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a reputable hotel group.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the effective management of all Food and Beverage outlets, as well as significant Conference, Events, and Wedding business. The role involves coordinating all front-of-house activities across the hotel.
Requirements
* Experience managing busy Food and Beverage operations to high standards.
* Proven experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and special Events.
* Responsibility for the entire Hotel F&B and M&E operations and team performance.
* Effective leadership, team management, and development skills.
* Reliable, committed, motivated, and professional attitude.
* At least 3 years of Operations Management or F&B management experience in a prominent 4* corporate hotel in Ireland preferred.
* Legal right to work in Ireland; work permits are not available for this role.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily hotel operations across departments such as F&B, Rooms, M&E.
* Lead and motivate the team, continuously improving procedures and service levels.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Ensure management observes all shift, opening, and closing procedures.
* Provide mature leadership and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
