The Role – What You\'ll Be Doing
This is a high-impact, hybrid position where you\'ll lead critical infrastructure projects spanning substations, circuits, and high-voltage developments. From early-stage planning through to delivery, you\'ll be at the helm of projects that matter.
Key responsibilities
Deliver medium to large-scale projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
Manage full project lifecycles across transmission circuits and substations.
Lead planning applications for new and redeveloped high-voltage infrastructure.
Collaborate with engineers, environmental experts, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the company at public and stakeholder forums with confidence and clarity.
What You\'ll Bring
A degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with 4+ years\' experience in infrastructure project delivery.
A strong background in the energy or utilities sector is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
Exceptional communication skills — able to distill technical issues for a broad audience.
PMP (or equivalent) qualification — completed or in progress.
Knowledge of Ireland\'s energy system, regulatory environment, and sustainability targets.
