About the Role:
We have exciting opportunities for Rail professionals to manage the maintenance depot and fleet of trains in our Dublin facility.
Main Responsibilities:
1. You will strategically plan the ongoing maintenance of the fleet in line with company requirements.
2. Leading and directing depot staff whilst developing their potential and ensuring effective communication and development opportunities.
3. Providing advice where appropriate for trade union/staff negotiations, issues in line with company policies.
4.
