About the Sales Trainer :
The Sales Trainer will be an expert in sales processes and methodologies, responsible for leading sales training sessions the majority of the time. This role also involves a focus on developing sales training content. The Sales Trainer will facilitate training both in person and virtually as needed.
Location: Leopardstown, Dublin 18
What Will You Do?
* Lead comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff
* Develop and update sales training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
* Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and virtually.
* Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
* Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Stay up to date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant
What Will You Need to Succeed?
* Established background with related work experience in a sales environment (Learning Development, Sales Enablement, Inside/Outside Sales) with in-depth knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure.
* Certification or proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role preferred.
