Job Title: Multinational Insurance Executive Location: Dublin City Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Multinational Insurance Executive to join our client, a global specialist insurance group, as part of their expanding Global Placement function. This role will report into the Global Placement Manager in Dublin and play a key role within the team in placing policies across the globe. Your Role: Support the placement and servicing of multinational insurance programmes across Europe, North America, and other global markets. Manage the full lifecycle of local policy placements, liaising with global network partners and local carriers to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams including Legal & Compliance, Finance, Claims, and Operations to ensure seamless policy issuance, processing, and reconciliation. Assist in developing and delivering internal training and guidance to underwriting teams, building awareness, and understanding of multinational capabilities. Work closely with other members of the Global Placement team to respond to internal and external queries and ensure timely service delivery. Your Skills: 5+ years' experience in the insurance industry, ideally with exposure to international or multinational accounts. Strong understanding of multinational programmes and the local placement of insurance policies. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones. A proactive, solutions-driven approach and strong attention to detail. Experience working with diverse teams and cultures in a global environment. Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver within deadlines.
