Randd are one of the UK's leading R&D tax advice providers, our aim is to make the claims process as simple as possible.Our passion for what we do translates into our clients' success and we have developed a strong reputation within the research and development tax credits field, thanks to our R&D advisers' specialist knowledge in this niche area of tax.What truly differentiates us is our team of expert R&D tax specialists, who have an unrivalled breadth and depth of senior level experience covering a wide range of industry sectors.In 2020, we joined the K3 Capital Group, sitting alongside a selection of other companies which provide a comprehensive range of business services.Randd's success is powered by our exceptional team and following expansion of our services to the Republic of Ireland, we have a remote / home based opportunity for a talented individual to join our Sales Team.The RoleOur Corporate Telesales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve making outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with Accountancy practices.Your knack for building relationships and fostering rapport will shine as you discuss the Randd commercial partnership opportunities and arrange meetings for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate meaningful conversations with potential partners.Working from and updating our CRM system.Arranging appointments for the sales team once a potential partner expresses interest in taking the conversation further.Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.Follow up previous leads and provide excellent service to our partners.Follow up contacts gained from events and an intensive marketing strategy.What We're Looking ForPrior Sales experience (B2B or B2C).Able to build and develop excellent relationships with the Randd partners.You will be a be a strong closer - knowing how to spot 'buying signs'.Ability to use data and ensure sales records are up to date.Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoy working within a fast paced sales driven environment.Self-motivated, professional and a team player.
