Project Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to oversee a large construction project in Dublin’s city centre. The individual will be responsible for leading the project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed safely and efficiently.
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager to develop, review and update contract programmes
* Plan and manage weekly/monthly programmes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Provide leadership and guidance to the site team and supply chain
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor, a degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a relevant discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. A track record of completing projects on time and within budget is essential, along with appropriate safety training and qualification for the nature of the works.
