Responsibilities
* Lead exceptional events, from beautiful weddings to corporate conferences
* Develop your managerial skills with the support of an experienced senior team
* Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and ambitious environment
* Grow your skills in event operations, team leadership, sales, and service excellence
* Oversee the smooth running of all conferences, weddings, and events - hands-on and at the heart of the action
* Motivate, develop, and lead a passionate events team
* Liaise with couples and event organisers to bring their vision to life
* Work closely with the senior team to grow and develop our product offering
* Help shape the future of The Inn at Dromoland\'s events business
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience in hospitality or event operations at supervisory or management level
* 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management/Supervision
* Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high standards
* A passion for guest experience and creating memorable events
* Aim to develop your career within a supportive and professional team
