About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meals, hydration, and overall wellbeing
Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant policies and procedures
Who Can Apply?
We are seeking candidates who:
Hold EU citizenship
Have excellent English language skills
Possess recent relevant Work Experience or a Qualification in one of the following areas:
Healthcare Assistant
Care Assistant
Nurse Assistant
Social Care
Special Needs
Nursing Care Technician
Technician in Care for People
Support Worker
Nursing
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with older persons is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Caring, compassionate, and professional approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and observational skills
Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts
