Day Services Nursing Team Leader
The day services nursing team leader plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing health management, wellbeing and health promotion services for individuals accessing day services.
This leadership position requires expertise in operational management of the nursing team, including strategic planning, resource allocation and performance evaluation.
* Develop and implement health management, wellbeing and health promotion services to meet the needs of individuals accessing day services.
* Lead and manage the day services nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and management roles within healthcare, particularly in the area of intellectual disability care. They must be registered nurses with current NMBI registration and hold a 3rd level qualification at level 8 (Honours) Degree or higher. A minimum of five years post-registration experience, including two years in leadership and management roles, is also required.

Benefits
The salary for this role is competitive and in accordance with Department of Health consolidated pay scales. CNMII, scale €60,854 to €76,897 per annum for Nursing candidates.
