Read on for more details about this particular role.ResponsibilitiesWhile leading/mentoring the Engineering groupThis exciting leadership role will execute Continuous Improvement productivity gains while championing an industrial engineering approach through line balancing, layout, process flow, material management processes together with the MSA Operating System and industry best practice tools as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagrams, Poka Yoke, PFMEA, Kaizen, 6s, SPC & Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, VA/VE, Gemba, DFMAResponsible, through the Engineering Group, for the technical support and maintenance of the SMT, taking responsibility for the complete setup of all New Products into the Galway plant.
