Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team at busy pharmacy in Galway City
What you need to know:
This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or bank holidays required.
Some Saturday work will be involved.
What you'll be doing:
Assist in the dispensary
Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries or requests
Prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients
Manage and monitor prescribed dosages
Handle paperwork and monthly claims as needed
Provide exceptional customer service
Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong time management skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies or completion of the IPU course
Experience working in an Irish pharmacy
Additional Information:
The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system
Supported by a dedicated and experienced team
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
