Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team at busy pharmacy in Galway City
What you need to know:
This full-time position offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or bank holidays required. Some Saturday work will be involved.
What you'll be doing:
* Assist in the dispensary
* Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries or requests
* Prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients
* Manage and monitor prescribed dosages
* Handle paperwork and monthly claims as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong time management skills
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies or completion of the IPU course
* Experience working in an Irish pharmacy
Additional Information:
* The pharmacy uses the MPS dispensing system
* Supported by a dedicated and experienced team
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
