We are seeking a skilled Conference & Banqueting professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager with responsibility for bars management.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience managing bars, ideally in a busy conference and banqueting property. We are looking for someone with a sound understanding of C&B department operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to execute high volume events.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience managing bars
* Experience and sound understanding of C&B department operations
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to lead a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritising tasks will be essential
