Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy Sous Chef role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be confident in your ability to develop menus that meet the ever-changing demands of modern cuisine while maintaining a strong appreciation for traditional cooking methods.

* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Requirements:
