Overview
We\'re on the lookout for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award-winning team at Off The Bone Gastropub, located within the Great National South Court Hotel, as a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
This is a daytime-focused role, starting at 5:45 am and covering breakfast and lunch service. You\'ll enjoy the buzz of hospitality while still having your evenings free – a rare opportunity in our industry! This is a full-time role, with weekday and weekend early-morning/daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding guest experience at Off The Bone Gastropub.
Uphold and ensure consistent service standards on a daily basis.
Stay fully informed of bookings, events, and special promotions.
Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks effectively to the team.
Greet, welcome, and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
Maintain a strong floor presence to support both guests and team members.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
1+ years of experience as a Food and Beverage Team Lead or Supervisor is required.
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to multitask and a fine eye for detail.
An authentic people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
Fluent English.
Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
