Location: Cork, Ireland
Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Program management of Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk, and End user compute
2. Driving governance, customer satisfaction, continuous service improvement, innovation, and ITIL process enhancements for the client
3. Taking end-to-end responsibility for the support program, managing SLAs, and coordinating with client sponsors and stakeholders
4. Collaborating with the Head of IT and his direct reports to achieve desired outcomes
5. Identifying and mitigating project risks
6. Managing and building the team
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in managing support programs
- Experience managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Sr Directors in client organizations)
- Excellent team management skills
- Experience in Retail or CPG industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is an advantage
