About the Role
As a Customer Service Account Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for our clients ensuring that maintenance issues are managed smoothly, relationships are nurtured, and objectives are achieved with precision and care.
You’ll work closely with our Helpdesk and wider Phasor teams to deliver exceptional service and support our clients needs in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
* Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day reactive maintenance issues across client sites.
* Ensure all reports are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with other Phasor departments to support seamless service delivery.
* Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
* Minimum 5 years experience in administration within the services or property management industry.
* Proven experience leading or coordinating a team of field technicians.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong IT proficiency experience with JobLogic or similar job management software is an advantage.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong written and numerical ability.
* A team player with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
