Job Summary: The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all spa guests, delivering an exceptional level of service that reflects the elegance and sophistication of a luxury spa environment.
This roleis responsible forwelcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and the spa team.

KeyResponsibilities Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a gracious and professional greeting that reflects the brands luxury standards.
Handle allspa reservations, scheduling, and confirmationsaccurately and efficiently, maximizing appointment availability and operational flow.
Providecomprehensive informationon spa treatments, facilities, and products,assistingguests in selecting services that meet their needs and preferences.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments through the spa management system.
Coordinate with therapists and spa attendants to ensure smooth daily operations andtimelyguest transitions.
Handleguest inquiries,requests, and concernspromptly, professionally, and discreetly,maintainingthe highest level of guest satisfaction.
Promote and upsellspa treatments, wellness packages, and retail productswith a refined and consultative approach.
Maintain thepresentation and ambienceof the reception area, ensuring it always reflects the spas serene and luxurious atmosphere.
Accuratelymaintainguest records, preferences, and feedback to enhance personalised service and guest retention.
Support administrative duties including inventory tracking, reporting, and daily sales reconciliation as directed by the Spa Supervisor.
Uphold the brandsservice philosophy, grooming standards, and confidentiality policiesat all times.

RequiredExperience&Skills Minimum1 years of experiencein a front desk or guest service role within aluxury hotel, resort, or spaenvironment Proven ability to deliver exceptionalguest relations and customer servicein a refined, professional manner.
Strongorganisational and multitasking skills,with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and polished demeanour.
Proficiencyin spa management or reservation software (e.g.,SpaSoft, Book4Time, Journey, or similar systems).
Confident handling of cash, billing, and POS transactions.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the sophistication of a luxury resort.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
High levelof discretion and professionalism in handling confidential guest information.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Preferred Experience & Skills Previousexperience in aluxury or destination spaenvironment.
Familiarity withpremium spa brands and treatments.
Background in sales or retail within a luxury wellness or beauty setting.
Knowledge of wellness trends, spa etiquette, and holistic therapies.
Certification or coursework in hospitality, wellness management, or customer service is an advantage.
