Create a reporting on market trends.Demonstrate a deep understanding and mapping of Partners and end-customers expectations and competitors reviews. This includes but is not limited to; facilitate and run workshops with Partners, conduct benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups, and create market analysis reports. Collaborate with European/local market research agencies and purchase research studies.Product innovationDesign CACI's mid-term overarching product innovation roadmap in collaboration with internal DDM/Sales Teams and Partners, distinguishing between core offer CPI / Lifestyle / GAP, new eligible products (e.g., mobility and smart products), and assistance add-ons, ensuring compliance with underwriting policies.Propose offer enrichment on standard CPI and GAP products, develop new innovative products based on market understanding, and lead project management on feasibility studies, product documentation, and marketing pitches, in collaboration with actuarial and legal teams.Support to DistributionIn collaboration with internal teams and Partners:Assess needs for sales engagement, training, and marketing support.Design and implement materials and programs to promote products, including training kits, webinars, POS materials, storytelling, and sales pitches.Measure campaign impact through KPIs.CACI Commercial / Communication materialBuild CACI corporate presentation templates and tender pitches.
