Key Responsibilities:
* Sell finance and insurance products, extended warranties, and service packages to maximise dealership profitability
* Use strong questioning and listening skills to identify customer needs and confirm vehicle ownership status
* Present tailored finance product options, clearly demonstrating features and benefits
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with finance and insurance partners
* Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance applications, quotes, proposals, and documentation
* Manage financial settlements on vehicles taken in part exchange
* Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and cross-sell ancillary products
* Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all dealership departments
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales is essential
* Automotive or F&I experience is a strong advantage
