A proactive and varied role for a competent and experienced Energy Specialist, with responsibility for working with colleagues/departments across the business to provide energy related services to clients, while also maintaining the company's ISO 50001 certified Energy Management System. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards and reporting on same.Key AccountabilitiesManage energy/utility usage across the Sensori property portfolio ensuring that live data is collected and monitored on a suitable digital platformMonitor energy usage and efficiency across the business, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and implement sustainable practices across the companyMaintain the company's ISO 50001 certified Energy Management System, conduct internal audits, and act as a main point of contact during external auditsProvide technical assistance on energy related topics at tender and pre-construction stagesSupport facilities management and project delivery teams with energy related tasks & projects for clientsConduct energy reviews/audits on client sites and compile technical reports on their energy use and efficiency.
