About the Role As a Support Worker, you will assist adults with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of daily lifehelping them develop independent living skills, access the community, achieve personal goals, and live with dignity and choice. Key duties include: Supporting with personal care, meals, hygiene, and daily routines. Promoting independent living and skill development. Supporting individuals to build and follow their own personal plans. Facilitating social inclusion, education, and access to the community. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in disability, healthcare, or social care (ideal but not essential) QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Healthcare or Social Care preferred. Full clean manual driving licence is essential. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach. Fluency in written and spoken English.
