Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Flexsource is currently recruiting for an exciting new role on behalf of our client, an innovative specialty manufacturing company based in Balbriggan, focused on developing products for various indications.
Our client requires a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team to oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations
2. Use SAP to manage inventory, stock movements, and order processing
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
4. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit compliance
6. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Key Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or similar administrative role
2. Strong working knowledge of SAP (Essential)
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working Hours
1. Monday to Friday
2. Semi-flexible working hours (between 7am–5.30pm)
Pay and Benefits
1. Competitive salary from €34K depending on experience
2. 25 days annual leave
