We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, as a key member of our site management team you will be responsible for leading and managing the project through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the cost estimation and financial management of projects.Supervising and managing the accurate and timely project delivery reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.Research, source, and negotiate the best quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.Manage and control project costs including preparation of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure effective cost management and value engineering.Provide advice on contractual claims and variations, and support dispute resolution processes.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs and contracts.Requirements:Must have 5+ years Project Management experience.Third level qualification in Engineering.Excellent leadership and communication skills.An excellent communicator and leader who is able to motivate themselves and others to meet stringent deadlines and rise to new challenges with enthusiasm.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.What We Offer:Company Vehicle.Company Laptop.Company Mobile Phone.Opportunities for progression.About Us:Source Civil are an equal opportunities employer.
