Residential Site Management Opportunity
Vickerstock is partnering with a leading home builder to hire an experienced Site Manager for a major residential project in Cork.
This is a 2-year fixed term contract with strong career development and top-tier benefits, which will then become a permanent role once new projects are secured in the local area.
The Role
* Lead regular meetings to coordinate site activities and ensure smooth progress.
* Manage Health and Safety onsite and promote a strong safety culture.
* Management of site plant and equipment.
* Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors etc.
* Manage sub-contractors and delegate responsibilities across your site team.
* Weekly progress reporting, ensuring work is in line with Programme of Works.
* Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
* People management of your site team.

Requirements
* Trade background or higher education pathways.
* Previous history of work in Residential Construction.
* Experience in site supervision or foreperson roles.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and contractors.
