Property Maintenance Management Role
The organisation is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities across the property portfolio.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, compliance obligations are met, and clients receive a professional service.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily maintenance operations across the entire portfolio
* Management of planned preventative and reactive works
* Supervision of staff and contractors to ensure quality and cost control
* Maintenance of accurate records of works, inspections, and budgets
* Prompt response to client issues with effective resolution
The Ideal Candidate:
A strong leader with excellent organisational skills will be able to effectively manage teams whilst also possessing problem-solving skills. Proficiency in building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety is required as well as knowledge on Irish health & safety regulations. The candidate must have at least three years' experience working within property or building maintenance management roles preferably managing teams/contractors/budgets/schedules.
