We are now recruiting for a Quality Controller to join our QA team.
Main Duties:
· Inspect and monitor the quality of fresh produce from intake to dispatch
· Record findings, take photos, complete documentation, and prepare Non-Conformance reports
· Carry out positive release checks and quality checks in Packhouse & Marshalling
· Support sorting, grading and re-work decisions with Packhouse/Warehouse teams
· Ensure all work meets HACCP, BRCGS, Organic, Fairtrade and other audit standards
· Follow all Health & Safety and Company policies
What We're Looking For:
· Good knowledge of fresh fruit & vegetables (or willingness to learn)
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Good communication and teamwork
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Fluent English
· Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed
