Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of store activities.
* Mentor and supervise staff members, promoting their growth and development within the company.
* Take full responsibility for store operations when the manager is absent, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and organizational abilities. They should be flexible and able to work well under pressure. A proven track record as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager would be highly beneficial.
