As part of its Global Engagement Strategic Plan, SETU is developing high-impact study abroad programmes, articulation and progression pathways, targeting Non-EU markets.
These initiatives include direct enrolment, strategic academic linkages, and engagement with new scholarship and sponsorship bodies to attract fully funded international students.
This approach supports SETU's ambition to diversify international enrolments, increase revenue, and enhance global reputation.
During this exciting phase of growth and transformation, we seek candidates for the role of SETU Global Lead (Pathways and Study Abroad).
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal, organisational, marketing, communications, and ICT skills.
The SETU Global Lead (Pathways and Study Abroad) will perform duties appropriate to a Grade VII role, with a primary focus on driving the growth of SETU's non-reciprocal study abroad programmes, progression pathways, and funded student opportunities.
This includes revenue generation, partnership operations, and ensuring institutional readiness.
The role will support faculty in programme design, funding acquisition, and ensure SETU's readiness to host students recruited through these new initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and support to the development and operational delivery of these programmes, working closely with global office leadership and academic departments to co-create study abroad offerings, dual degrees, and progression pathways.
The role will work collaboratively with the Office of the VP for Global Partnerships, which currently manages QS MoveON for non-Erasmus partnerships and will continue to play a key role in developing and maintaining this institutional database.
