Administrative Assistant - Full time, temporary - 2 weeks (Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm for the two weeks)
Responsibilities
* Assist with administrative tasks such as class scheduling, record-keeping, inventory management, and general office duties.
* Prepare and manage the office budget ensuring and keeping resource efficiency top of mind
* Proactively identify best-practice and instruct team on best-practice execution
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by keeping up to date with industry standards and handling any necessary permits and licenses.
* Proactively suggest improvements of the operations.
Requirements
* 1+ years experience in a similar office administrator, executive assistant, studio coordinator role
* Excellent computer skills and experience with Excel and other CRM softwares (training will be provided)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people from all backgrounds
* Exceptional time-management skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, resourceful and has experience (and enjoys) working in autonomy
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and motivate others
