As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing automation solutions and sourcing optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and solve technical inquiries initiated from customers and their suppliers relating to our operational functionality.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
* Anticipate, diagnose and interpret their needs.
* Formulate creative solutions leveraging our technology that exceed customer expectations.
* Drive continuous improvement of internal processes.
* Extract insights from large data sets and build customized reports that meet customer requirements.
* Develop expertise in our software products including Sourcing Optimization, Automation, and Rate Manager.
* Collaborate with other teams and departments including tier 2 support, customer success managers, Product and engineering.
Requirements
* 0 to 2 years experience, including internships, in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or management consulting.
* Proficient Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of formulae and pivot tables.
* Strong foundation in data analysis, supply chain, and sourcing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative problem solver and enjoy a technical challenge.
* Familiar with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
* Bachelor's degree in business analytics, supply chain, engineering, data science or related field is preferred.
