Laboratory Assistant Role
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be part of a busy laboratory team responsible for assisting with routine clinical testing and performing various tasks such as specimen analysis, storage, and disposal. Your role will involve working with samples from Randox Health clinics and 3rd parties, contributing to External Quality Control (EQA) schemes, and maintaining stock control in the laboratory.
The ideal candidate will have a science qualification, availability to work evening hours, and possess own transport to cover shift times. A bachelor's degree in biochemistry or a life science is desirable, as well as previous laboratory experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a team player with attention to detail and computer literacy who can work 40 hours per week across 4 days with shift times from 5pm to 3am.
