Working closely with Persons in Charge (PICs) and the wider management team, you will ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, drive continuous improvement, and promote a culture of learning and person-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support PICs in maintaining high standards of care and complianceImplement quality assurance systems, audits, and improvement plansAct as subject matter expert on governance, compliance, and regulatory updatesConduct audits across homes, provide feedback, and oversee corrective actionsReview and implement policies and procedures across the groupMentor PICs and staff in clinical governance and compliance best practicesMonitor safeguarding, incident reporting, risk registers, and complaintsPrepare quality and compliance reports for the Executive Team and BoardContribute to strategic planning and service excellence initiativesEssential RequirementsRegistered Nurse with current NMBI registrationPostgraduate qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance3–5 years' experience in a healthcare quality, governance, or compliance roleStrong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care frameworksExperience in auditing, risk management, and compliance reportingExcellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skillsFull Irish driver's licence and willingness to travelDesirableQualification in auditing or risk managementReady to Make a Difference?If you are passionate about driving quality, compliance and innovation in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
