Required: * Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses NMBI * Have at least 5 years post registration experience with a minimum of two years nursing experience in surgical nursing * Have a recognised post-registration nursing course - Higher Diploma or Post Grad course, in Postgraduate qualification in a relevant nursing specialty or management and/or a willingness to undertake same.
* Have proven clinical and professional ability * Management experience not essential.
