Job Title: CSA Package Manager / CSA Project ManagerLocation:Portugal, Ireland, Germany, Norway or AustriaEmployment Type:Full-TimeSector:Data Center ConstructionClient:Leading International General ContractorKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of the CSA package(s) — planning, procurement, delivery, installation, and handover.Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces to ensure alignment and schedule compliance.Work closely with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with client standards and project requirements.Identify constructability issues, risks, and value-engineering opportunities.Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Oversee subcontractor performance, progress, and resource allocation.Lead weekly progress meetings and report on KPIs, schedules, and risk items.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, design teams, suppliers, and internal project teams.Support budgeting, cost monitoring, variations, and change management for assigned packages.Ensure all scope changes are documented and managed effectively.Assist in procurement strategy and subcontractor selection.Champion a culture of safety and ensure all onsite activities comply with corporate and regional HSE standards.Conduct site inspections and drive corrective actions as required.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years' experience in CSA management within construction or related sectors.Proven track record delivering large, complex projects—experience in data centers, pharma, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities preferred.Strong understanding of groundworks, concrete works, structural steel, building envelope, architectural finishes, and general civils.Experience managing subcontractor packages and driving schedule-critical deliverables.QualificationsDegree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.Professional certifications (Chartered status, PMP, etc.) beneficial but not essential.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-track environment.Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools).Fluent English required; German, Portuguese, or other European languages a plus.
