Account Management/New Business Development (Snap IFSC, City Centre based)
Snap provides a range of products and services across Print, Design, Promotional Products, Signage and Digital Solutions to Irish SME’s, multinational companies and large corporate organisations. Snap was founded in 1984 and today employs c100 staff across 16 territories in Ireland.
The Role:
The Account Manager will manage a client portfolio, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and exploring new business opportunities to drive sales growth and meeting performance targets. The Account Manager will also be expected to drive New Business Development which focuses on finding new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster an increase in sales performance by strategically engaging with your current customer base, ensuring that their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
* Actively pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory, employing targeted marketing strategies and relationship-building techniques to attract potential clients and expand the overall market presence.
* Daily customer engagement will be a critical aspect of the role, involving in-person meetings and virtual meetings.
* Act as the primary contact for all client related enquiries, ensuring that client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Manage, develop, and grow an existing portfolio of customers by upselling and cross-selling products and services, along with acquiring new customers.

* The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of addressing challenges in a professional manner, and will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in their approach to meet goals and respond to changing circumstances.
Key Requirements:
* A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding expectations are crucial attributes for success in this role.
* While experience in the print industry, including design, promotional products, signage, events, and marketing materials, is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
* A minimum of three years of experience in a similar B2B role is necessary.
