€102,000 base)Role Overview Pluralsight is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executiveto expand revenue across high-potential existing accounts while acquiring new enterprise customers.
This is a strategic, consultative hunter role requiring mastery of complex sales cycles, multi-threaded selling, and value-based engagement with senior leaders.
You will manage the full sales process—prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing—while partnering with internal teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle across whitespace and existing enterprise accounts—from lead generation to close.
Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue.
Understand customer business objectives, technology priorities, and talent needs; position Pluralsight as their strategic tech-skills development partner.
Apply MEDDPICC (or a similar framework) to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
Collaborate with BDRs, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
Lead six-figure enterprise sales cycles involving C-Suite and senior technical decision makers.
Travel as needed to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate deal progress.
Required Experience7+ years selling complex Saa S solutions to enterprise organizations.
Proven record of exceeding €1 M+ annual revenue targets and closing €200k+ six-figure deals .
Strong experience selling to C-Suite, technology executives, HR/talent leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated hunter capability—new logo acquisition, prospecting, and pipeline creation.
Mastery of MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.
Prior Saa S and enterprise software experience required; Ed Tech experience is a plus.
Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Additional Information Hybrid Schedule: On-site in Dublin Tuesday–Thursday; remote flexibility Monday and Friday.
Travel: May vary; up to 40% depending on business needs.
