We are looking for a Leisure Attendant on a Full Time basis to join our team at Aura Tullamore.

Responsibilities
The role involves working in different areas of the Leisure Centre according to training and qualifications. This is a varied role suitable for a great all-rounder with the potential to learn and develop in this industry.

* Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Deliver the highest standards of classes (Swim, Fitness or both) to motivate and inspire members.
* Provide valuable feedback to members to help them develop skills and achieve goals.
* Adhere to Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Be an Aura ambassador with a professional approach and attitude.
* Contribute to a healthier and happier Ireland through Aura’s activities and services.
Requirements & Qualifications
Hold the following qualifications:
* RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
And either both or one of the following qualifications:
* STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualifications.
* NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification.

Additional requirements:
* A passion for the health and fitness industry.
* A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above.
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
* Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable.
* Flexible hours/days of work (morning, afternoon and night shifts, weekdays and weekends).
* Due to the nature of this role, fluent English is required.
