This is a dynamic role that will produce and deliver scalable software solutions as part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
Focused primarily around the maintenance and growth of Java containerised services hosted within AWS, our goal is to harness serverless technologies to provide market-leading solutions.
We are looking for an experienced SoftwareEngineer to play a key role in guiding the team towards successfully delivery of the product vision, and to ensure best practices in design and security are followed throughout the development process.

What You Will DoAs a Principal Software Engineer, you will:
Work alongside team members collaborating with a Product Owner and Scrum Master to deliver in two-week sprintsPerform peer code reviews ensuring that secure development practices are followedEngage in regular refinement meetings to establish scope of works with the Product OwnerLead the team with technical discussions and development of solutionsIdentify gaps and opportunities, working closely with the Engineering Manager to create a technical backlogWhat You Will HaveAs a PrincipalSoftware Engineer, you will have:
A strong background of using .Net (C# specifically)Strong JavaScript experience in a commercial settingWorking experience with SQL databases e.g.
MySQL, Postgres, NoSQL/DynamoExperience with cloud compute services; like AWS LambdaPractical day-to-day experience using secure development practicesAn understanding of Agile environments and Scrum methodologiesThe following are desirable but not required for a successful applicant:
