A long-established building services consultancy is seeking a skilled BIM Technician with strong Revit MEP experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work across a variety of healthcare, commercial, and public sector projects, supporting multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and updating MEP models using Revit MEP in line with project requirements. Support the production of detailed layouts, including General Arrangements, Sections, and simple Details under guidance. Follow established BIM workflows in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to support coordinated building services models. Assist with basic clash detection using Revit and Navisworks, helping to prepare and track clash reports. Apply standard CAD practices, including basic layer management and drawing organisation. Requirements Approximately 1 year of experience working as a BIM or MEP Technician (internship or junior-level experience acceptable). Foundational knowledge of Revit MEP with formal training or certification preferred. Basic experience with AutoCAD and an understanding of standard modelling practices. Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and develop. A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is an advantage but not essential.
