What You’ll Do
Lead and shape the scientific vision and discovery pipeline, prioritizing high-value opportunities.
Drive integration of AI, machine learning, and computational modeling into experimental discovery.
Convert early discoveries into claim‑ready, translational solutions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, commercial, and clinical teams to ensure smooth progression from discovery to product readiness.
Oversee IP strategy, protecting innovations and platform capabilities.
Build and scale a multidisciplinary scientific team, mentoring future leaders.
Represent the company externally through publications, conferences, and partnerships.
Who You Are
PhD in life sciences (molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, nutrition, or related).
10+ years in scientific or R&D leadership in biotech, pharma, peptides, or nutrition.
Demonstrated success taking concepts from discovery → translational evidence → validated claims → product launch.
Expertise in AI/ML-driven discovery and translational research.
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to inspire teams and translate complex science for diverse audiences.
Track record of building teams, processes, and capabilities to accelerate innovation.
