OverviewWe are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the Identity Manager (Modules) development team at One Identity. You will contribute to the development of our enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.Your responsibility will be to actively support the design process, provide technical input, and deliver high-quality implementations based on agreed specifications.This is a strongly hands‑on engineering position with meaningful ownership in delivery, quality, and production stability.ResponsibilitiesSupport feature design discussions by providing technical insights and implementation considerationsImplement complex features and enhancements based on architectural and product specificationsWrite high‑quality, secure, and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standardsPerform deep technical investigations and root cause analysis of customer‑reported issuesActively participate in on‑call rotation and incident resolutionImprove system reliability, performance, and maintainabilityDevelop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration)Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, Security, and Technical Communication teamsProactively identify technical debt and propose improvementsQualifications7+ years of professional software development experienceStrong knowledge of C# / .NET ecosystemSQL, MS‑SQL and database performance optimizationAPIs (REST)Active DirectorySecure coding practicesExperience working with complex enterprise platformsConfident English proficiency, both written and spokenStrong debugging and analytical skillsExperience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, test generation, productivity tools) or openness to actively adopt themClear and structured communication skillsStrong ownership mindset and quality‑driven approachPreferred qualificationsExperience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domainUnderstanding of access lifecycle management and governance conceptsExperience working with enterprise customers and production environmentsCloud platform experience (Azure preferred)CI/CD and DevOps experienceCompany DescriptionOne Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
