Key Responsibilities
* Oversee full cycle recruitment process.
* Liaise with recruiting team members.
* Work with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
* Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
* Coordinate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
* Be the point of contact for the talent acquisition team.
* Negotiate salaries and benefits on offer.
* Bring process through to offer acceptance and placement

Qualifications & Expertise
* Must have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar role.
* Natural sales and outgoing personality.
* Willing to work in the Dublin office at least 2 days a week.
