Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Careers Development Specialist based in Greater Dublin. The Early Careers Development Specialist will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of early-career programs, such as apprenticeships and graduate recruitment programs. Responsibilities include identifying talent pipelines, developing training frameworks, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting the career growth of early-career hires. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders to ensure program success and strengthen Glanua's position as an employer of choice for early-career professionals.
Qualifications
* Experience in program development, training coordination, and career development strategies
* Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
* Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
* Proficiency in identifying talent, supporting employee growth, and implementing structured learning pathways
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
* Knowledge of early careers recruitment best practices and an understanding of industry trends is a plus
