The IRFU are inviting applications for IRFU Senior Event Operations Executive. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination of all IRFU events at Aviva Stadium and other designated stadia, ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget, management of IRFU Facilities, management and implementation of Health and Safety procedures and systems throughout the organisation.
The role will also involve the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance protocols, coordination and liaison with tenant clubs in the scheduling of fixtures and maintenance of IRFU facilities.
This role will require a commitment to work weekends and out of normal business hours at IRFU events during the year.
The position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role will be based at our Head Office, 10-12 Lansdowne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
