Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) Contract: 12 months contract (extendable) Rate: €500-€525 per day We are seeking a Senior Analyst (HR Applications - Workday) for a Global Enterprise, operating across 150+ countries with manufacturing, technology, software development and related services activities.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will work within a global and culturally diverse environment on Global Workday Applications configurations, ensuring optimal system functionality across the worldwide business.
The Role As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be analysing business requirements, providing Workday applications technical support, configuration and security maintenance while partnering with regional teams (Compensation, Talent Acquisition & HR Business) for HCM maintenance and optimal system functionality.
Your role will involve the following: * Support the use of Workday including HCM Workflows, Self Service, Compensation, Security, Talent Management, Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting & Analytics * Partner with Senior Leadership including Compensation, Talent Acquisition and HR Business teams.
Lead agile development of HRIS systems design requirements, configuration, testing and deployment on system functionality * Implement configuration changes to existing functionality * Assess functional configuration changes for impact to business processes and systems integration * Complete system and user acceptance testing * Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for any workflow or system issues * Develop system expertise for support of complex and new functionality * Complete mass uploads for complex events in Workday * Identify organisation change management needs for ongoing user training and engagement Essential Expertise: Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar field * 7+ years' experience in IT, Human Resources or HRIS Systems specialism * Workday configuration experience essential.
You must have a good knowledge of system design, structure & administration; system configuration & workflow; user interface design * Proficient in Microsoft Office products * Previous experience in an international or Global organisation, due to the complexity & scale of projects & business operations you will be working with * Knowledge of system integrations, ensuring proper data flow of HRIS information to other systems.
* Ability to design custom reports.
