Summary: The Project Manager will lead an individual major capital project at our clients Cork site and provide project management leadership to the AVI project on site. Lead an internal and external team of people to deliver the AVI project. The Project Manager will work cross functionally at site to develop relationships with SMEs, functional leaders, and others to ensure strategic support is in place for the project. Responsibilities: Lead AVI capital investment project. Accountable for delivering the project within timelines, cost, scope. Support management of budget in local AVI project. KPIs associated with cash flow, cash out flow, resource management, payment control on work completion. Identify resources that needs to support projects and onboard them. Implement global standards of project management across the project. Support project planning across the project streams. Develop relationship with operational leaders to understand their needs. Work with finance to manage the capital budget of the projects being managed. Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Automated Visual Inspection, including business case evaluation, bidding, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live. Establish robust project governance frameworks, project charters, and steering committee reporting structures. As an immediate focus, execute basic design for AVI to ensure design meets business requirements in delivering automated visual inspection solution in the manufacturing process. This role acts as business PM holding full accountability to deliver the project on time, budget and quality Ensure compliance with GxP and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate and drive the work to ensure project teams are delivering the project in respective timelines Ensure long lead items are identified and orders placed to ensure on-time project delivery Confirm shutdown requirements with business for project deployment Develop clear business case delivery rationale document Provide regular and timely communication to various stakeholders Ensure change management needs are identified and included in execution scope Provide monthly Project dashboard. Work with site quality to ensure all aspects of quality are considered during the basic design phase Qualifications & Experience: 10-15 years project management experience, in installation of equipment in Pharmaceuticals Demonstrated experience managing project budgets exceeding €5M and multi-phase delivery schedules. Background in pharmaceutical environments with strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations and fill-finish process Track record in delivering projects with hybrid delivery approaches in regulated environments. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project)
